One on One Business Mentoring
The One on One Business Mentoring is designed to help the Business Owner, Managers and Supervisors with support to make better decisions.
There is a difference between Coaching and Mentoring and we do both.
This service can help when your whole team doesn’t need to be coached, but you or one of your team could do with some support. You may be working on a project, a new business strategy, need to step away for a bit and look at the tactics, or just need someone to stress test your decision. In every case, you will be supported.
We don’t pretend to know everything, that’s what we teach and preach, so it would be hypocritical of us to suggest that we are the gurus with all the answers. If we don’t know the answer, we can work it out together or bring in a subject matter expert to help the process along.
I’m also ok to have a cup of coffee, or a short video call, if you just want to spitball it for a bit. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t work for free, but I am prepared to help and support you if you’re not sure where you are going.
My philosophy is that if I have your interest at the forefront of my mind, then I’ll get paid when I add value, and you’ll decide that.
I Volunteer Mentor with the Queensland Government Mentoring 4 Growth program since 2021.
I also volunteer as a Student Mentor through the Griffith University – Creating Better Business program.
I have always been grateful to the many mentors I’ve over the years and volunteering either through a program or by offering to have a chat over a coffee is small contribution to giving back.
One of the things I have always known is the quickest way to learn is to teach, and every mentoring session I have I learn something.
